Very clean visitor area and plenty of parking. The staff were very busy but got yo me in a timely manner. Dr. Ortega made me feel very comfortable during my exam.

Dr. Ortega was AWESOME and did a great job of explaining my dad's hearing test results to me and my dad in a way that we both could understand. He knew exactly what my dad was experiencing, and what he needed to improve not only his hearing, but his quality of life. He answered my dad's questions before he could even ask them because he's been there. He knows. He isn't pushy and listened to us and he genuinely cares and wants you to get the right hearing aid for YOU. I highly recommend Dr. Ortega and Advanced Hearing Aids. His staff is friendly and helpful too.
